Temp-Induc trolleys

The benefits of the reliable Temp-Royal system have been combined into the Temp-Induc trolley to also optimize the temperatures in a changed cooking process (disconnected). As an alternative we offer the cloche system with Temp-Induc. This allows you to support a traditional presentation with the latest technique. For both system the rule applies that more flexibility can be offered, resulting in better staff occupancy.

The Temp-Induc trolley are suitable for both systems (Temp-Royal or cloche). The trolleys can be equipped with a built-in or separate generator and can be supplied in several sizes. As an option a passive or active cooling unit is also available. This enables optimal logistics for every meal service organization.
