We take the following into account, amongst other factors:

The departments/wards, the elevators, the route (also outdoors) and the means of transportation.
* Procedures
In the kitchen, during transportation and in the departments/wards.
* Working hours / availability of personnel
In the kitchen, transportation service and in the staff restaurant.
